David was introduced to Yoga by Laragh and joined her in India in 2004 to study Ashtanga with Sharath Rangaswamy at the Mysore Yoga Shala and with his teacher Emil Wendel in Goa and Bali.

Dave completed his teacher training with Yoga Arts in 2004 and went on to study"Yoga Synergy" with Simon Borg Olivier and Bianca Machliss in Sydney.

David and Laragh brought Yoga Synergy to Europe in 2010 and then trained 25 teachers in this style.
