SoulMoves Workshops & Events
SoulMoves aims to offer our community positive soulful wellbeing experiences through our events, workshops and social occasions.
Our carefully chosen events aim to empower our clients to learn and grow in their own health awareness. Our events and workshops are delivered by specialised teachers who are the best in their field.

Sound Bath
Saturday, January 25th, 4pm - 6pm and 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Expert Norah Coyne will start with a guided yoga nidra type of meditation, the Sound Bath begins with a very subtle sound and when the time is right, the Sound becomes deeper, louder as it intensifies. A relaxing and deeply healing workshop.

Reflect Workshop
Friday, January 31st, 7pm - 9pm
Laragh's very popular annual charity restorative workshop. This workshop aims to help you de-stress, soften and relax. Fee for this workshops is donation-based - all donations go to local families living in direct provision.

Myofascial Release Workshop
February 7th, 7pm - 8:30pm and April 5th, 10am - 11:30am
Suffering from sore muscles? Maybe your mobility needs some work or you are extra prone to injury. Whatever the issue, myofacial release exercises may be the answer to your problems. Learn how to effectively use myofacial release tools such as a foam roller and release balls

Nutrition Reset Talk

Nurture and nourish your wellbeing with practical, simple changes to your food. Amongst other things, learn about immunity boosting herbs, spices and foods to help build up your health and well being 'nutrition bank'. Find ways to make tweaks you can make to meals to make them more nutritious with minimal effort.

Yoga for Pelvic Health Workshop
Friday, March 21st, 6:45pm - 9pm
A gentle yoga workshop designed to strengthen, tone and increase flexibility in the muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, lower back, hips and thighs. There will also be a focus on how breathwork can influence the pelvic floor and overall health.

Postpartum Preparation Morning
Saturday, March 22nd, 10am - 1pm
Healing post birth involves physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements. Treat yourself to 3 hours of support, recovery and healing under the expert guidance of 2 of Galway’s most experienced postnatal wellbeing professionals. Delicious teas and treats are all included. Suitable for ladies in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Rescue Your Sleep Part 1 & 2
April 4th & May 9th, 6:45pm - 9pm
Take back control of your sleep, as Laragh guides you through techniques and practices to rest and restore body and mind, improving sleep quality and wellbeing. In Part 2 of this workshop pair, Laragh will dive deeper into techniques and offer support and guidance to overcome obstacles you have encountered.
