Let's Talk Pelvic Health
Saturday, February 8th, 10am - 11:30am
Pelvic health plays an important role in our complete physical, mental, social and sexual well-being. Well-functioning and flexible pelvic floor muscles are the foundation of good bladder, bowel, reproductive and sexual health. Even though everyone with a pelvis has a pelvic floor we don’t tend to think about our pelvic health or these muscles unless there is a problem.
Let’s change that - taking care of your pelvic health is just as important as caring for the rest of your body. In this informative and empowering talk, you will learn how to optimise and future-proof your pelvic health and where to get help if needed. Hosted by Sylvia Farrell, a leading women's and men’s pelvic health physiotherapist.
This talk is part of our SoulMoves Community Outreach Programme, so is priced at €10. We are passionate about the importance of pelvic health at all stages of life, and this event is open to all members of the public.
