Both informative and practical, Laragh’s workshops are all underpinned by her core belief that everyone should experience the benefits of yoga and recovery through accessible movement and relaxation techniques.

Laragh is the co-founder of The Yoga Shala, Yo!Fit and SoulMoves. She is also a Yoga Alliance Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainer, a certified Prenatal, Postnatal and Womb Yoga Teacher, and a certified Doula and Postnatal Doula. She is also a certified Yoga Nidra and Sleep Recovery Professional and BWY certified Menopause Yoga Instructor. Despite all of her experience, Laragh always strives to add more knowledge and expertise to her teachings with further training.

Passionate about her own yoga practice and the impact it has had on each stage of her life, Laragh generously and honestly shares her knowledge with her students in her classes and workshops. She supports and nurtures people at all stages of life and from all backgrounds with her holistic, compassionate and gentle approach.

Sarah Thornton
In 2007, Sarah moved back from London where she worked as a Senior Personal Trainer at Matt Roberts Personal Training, one of London’s leading Personal Training studios.

She has played sport from an early age, representing Ireland in Squash at all age levels and representing Connaught in both tennis and hockey. She also loves to hike and cycle in the outdoors and has participated in many events.

In 2012, she had her first child so she learned first hand how important it is to keep fit and continually exercise your ever-changing body during the various stages of pregnancy. Now that she has had two girls, she understand the challenges of bringing your body back to pre-pregnancy fitness and strength with less time available to do so.

More recently she has become very interested in health and fitness for women’s peri- to post-menopausal years. Changing hormones can have a huge impact on our health, energy, motivation to exercise and healthy weight management. Through her studies she is now qualified to recommend appropriate lifestyle strategies to make the best of women’s mid-life years and beyond.

Her general ethos is to bring out the best in each person. Sarah takes a holistic approach to fitness by taking into account what stage a person is at in their life, exactly what they want out of their fitness and how much they want it to fit into their life. She encourages a positive psychological approach to their health and well-being and gives advice on how to live, eat and exercise for maximum health and energy.
