Laragh’s specialised Mum & Baby Yoga is a really popular class with both mothers & babies! This 75 minute class offers you the time to really connect with your baby in a friendly, supportive space with other mums with babies similar in age to connect and share experiences. Our Mum & Baby Yoga class is baby-led - so feeding, crying, sleeping are all welcome!
Please make sure that you have had clearance from your doctor before attending class, or get in contact if you are unsure about when to start.
Suitable for babies aged 0 upwards.
