Learn techniques and tips to calm and soothe your body and mind. Take time to listen to wisdom teachings, inspirational poems and words set intentions for your week, let go of what no longer serves your best version of yourself. 

Maeve provides space and gentle guidance to allow you 'come as you are' connect with yourself, become aware of patterns of thoughts and behaviours that nourish or deplete you.

Through this gentle development of self awareness you gradually make and sustain changes that serve you well in your day to day life. Maeve incorporates many wellbeing practices to allow you find what works for you. These include guided meditations, breathwork, journaling, time for stillness and silence, and an opportunity for open conversation to explore challenges or ideas from the small intimate gathering of like minded people.
