Men's Yoga Classes
Our Men’s Yoga Classes are designed for men with stiff backs, hips, hamstrings and who want to improve their movement. These classes are not a 'macho flogging session', but a sensible tried and tested approach to improving movement and overall health.

Please Note: There will be no classes on March 16th and April 20th as these are bank holiday weekends.
Class times:
Mixed Level Flow: Sundays 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Beginner’s: Sundays 7:30pm - 8:30pm
What to bring:
A yoga mat and some water
